Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Linux system aspects in customer integration projects.
  • Respond to customer tickets in the technical support system.
  • Deliver training, guidance, and support to team members.

 

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an advanced Linux system administrator.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with:
    • Apache / NGINX web servers
    • Open-source monitoring systems: Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana
    • MySQL (experience with Galera – an advantage)
    • LDAP servers (OpenLDAP or others)
    • Mass-configuration tools: Puppet, Chef, Ansible (advantage)
    • Git or other version control systems (advantage)
    • RADIUS (advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud environments
  • Good knowledge of VMware virtualization platform

  • Good knowledge of EMC VNX product family (advantage)

SecOps & Managed Security Services Team Leader

Description:

We are looking for an experienced SecOps & Managed Security Services Team Leader to oversee our internal and customer-focused Managed Security Services.

In this role, you will lead a team of SecOps engineers, manage SIEM platforms and SOC-as-a-Service operations, and ensure effective threat detection, incident response, and continuous security improvement across multiple environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SecOps engineers and SOC Analysts.
  • Design, implement, and manage SIEM & managed SOC & MDR offerings.
  • Oversee daily security operations including incident response, threat monitoring, and threat hunting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements related to SecOps and managed security services.
  • Manage internal and customer security incidents, ensuring timely detection, escalation, and remediation.
  • Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Promote security awareness and best practices across teams and client environments.
  • Support project teams in identifying and mitigating security risks in new and ongoing initiatives.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, with a strong background in SOC operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead or management role.
  • Proven experience managing SIEM platforms (rule creation, parser development, integration management).
  • Familiarity with offensive security concepts, tools, and red team methodologies and concepts – Advantage
  • Knowledge in CrowdStrike and FortiSIEM – Advantage

Oasis is looking for a full-time Sales Manager with proven expertise in sales, new customer acquisition, and account growth.
We are seeking someone who deeply understands customers’ technical and business needs and can work collaboratively with them to achieve outstanding results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Represent Oasis’ solutions portfolio, including professional services and solutions from leading technology vendors.
  • Perform all sales-related activities within a designated set of accounts to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities, while leveraging and managing existing customers and sales pipelines.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales roles within the Communication and System Integration markets.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both C-level decision makers and IT experts.
  • Familiarity with technologies from leading vendors, including F5, Palo Alto, Juniper, Arista, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Dell, and HPE.
  • Deep understanding of IT technologies and the ability to clearly communicate their benefits and added value to customers.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
  • Basic technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud computing is preferred.
  • Valid driving license.
